Haven't quite deleted my socials yet, but I'm finally down to spending only 30 mins on IG a day. I'm loving my slower evenings lately – cooking from scratch with music in the background, plenty of reading, full skincare routines... A dream!

Only 30mins a day on IG is just so good for the soul, TikTok is the one I find hardest to stay off but I know I will be doom scrolling if I go back there

I loved reading this Laura! lately I'm also feeling really tired of social media, I got so addicted it's crazy. I like what you said about having to sit down with uncomfortable thoughts. social media is just numbing at the end of the day, not wanting to be bored (which is great for happiness and creativity), running away from feelings... I also want to stop picking my phone up first thing in the morning. I use it mainly as an alarm but it's starting to become quite unhealthy. anywayy can't wait to see what you post next! <3
